In 2006, Tempcover founder and former CEO Alan Inskip had a lightbulb moment - an insurance provider that can offer truly flexible cover for the time drivers actually need. Adam joined Tempcover in 2022 following a successful career working across various disciplines including development, conversion rate optimisation and paid media. Adam is responsible for implementing industry-leading marketing strategies that will disrupt the industry, accelerate innovation and promote our award-winning products.
Graeme McDermott
Chief Data Officer
Graeme works closely with the Tempcover C-Suite to specify all data operations, including data capture, protection, CRM, analytics, conversion and optimisation. Graeme boasts more than 20 years' data and analytics experience, having spent 17 years at the AArising to the position of Data & Insight Director before he moved to Addison Lee where he spent four years as Chief Data & Analytics Officer.
Graham Cutbill-White
Head of Brand & Marketing Communications
Graham Cutbill-White is the Head of Communications at short term insurance provider, Tempcover. Graham has been writing about the world of car insurance for many years, creating hundreds of useful guides and consumer articles on topics covering car and driver safety, technology in the auto industry, learning to drive and much more. After finishing his degree at the University of Surrey, he began writing for a range of websites including life insurer, Better Protect. Since working with Tempcover, Graham has provided articles for a number of national newspapers such as The Guardian and Daily Mail, as well as insurance and finance focused sites such as Finance Derivative. Marc Pell
Managing Director
Marc joined the Tempcover tech team in 2013, and after revolutionising our back-end infrastructure and re-engineering our website was made Chief Technical Officer. In 2023, Marc was promoted to Managing Director following a hugely successful period overseeing the company’s tech strategy and delivery. As Managing Director, Marc is responsible for company strategy, policy, and performance, as well as our partnership with other businesses within the RVU group.

Sarbdeep Sidhu
Director of Pricing & Underwriting
Sarb has helped transform Tempcover's retail pricing capabilities since joining in 2021 as Head of Pricing. His impact on the business was quickly recognised and he was made a director in 2022 before taking on new underwriting responsibilities in 2023.
